Our mission and vision are to provide our customers with quality products. The products we sell are "UA" stand for unauthorized authentic. Unauthorized authentic means that they were made in the same place and with the same materials as the original product, but sold by someone else. Major shoe companies do not stick to one factory to produce their shoes instead, they assign a certain number (i.e. 10,000) per model for each factory to produce double the amount, sometimes even 5 times the amount of shoes! The reason being is that they need these extra pairs to replace the rejected pairs after they fail to pass quality inspection. What happens after the shoe company receives its assigned number of shoes, is that they move production to another factory to produce the same pairs of shoes. Now what gets left behind in the factories are the extra pairs of shoes that were rejected, or did not even get to be seen by quality control because the shoe company has already reached their quota.

What is the difference?

All of the extra pairs that are leftover are produced by the same factories, by the same workers and with the same materials. These extra pairs are just not licensed, authorized and/or quality checked by the shoe company. The factories then sell these leftover shoes to sneaker resellers, sneaker dealers and/or online stores.

We sell two different types of unauthorized authentic sneakers.

 1. Budget Batch belongs to an earlier batch, but changes and upgrades were made because the cardboard is earlier. So this shoe has some discounts. The material is the original material, and the outsole is also a mould developed according to the original. We have these sneakers on hand so delivery takes 2-3 days via Aramex. (STILL UNAUTHORIZED AUTHENTIC THIS BATCH COMES WITH SNEAKERS EXTRAS IF IN STOCK  AND A BRANDED BOX.)

2. UA Batch, positioning high-end, determines the development of colourway according to the sales of the classic one. The material is made of top-grade original materials, such as Nike designated Sadisa leather material, O'Sleere insoles, Coats sewing thread, the original ZOOM air cushion, and the Vietnamese original shoe tongue Oxford cloth. In terms of technology, the same computer stitching machine, universal machine and setting machine as the official is used, which can be said to be superior in sewing machine threading, shoe tongue edging, and heel set. We also sell 100% authentic sneakers.

Authenticity is the foundation of this batch, and every item we sell is inspected by our expert team. Our authenticators are the most experienced and highly trained in the business. In addition, we source our products only from trusted suppliers. We import these sneakers so delivery takes between 10-14 days.

DELIVERY

For all orders, processing and verification times range from 1 to 2 business days before the order ships. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

CANCELLATIONS

Our fulfilment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Sneaker Drip reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfil and have refunded.

RETURNS

If for any reason, you're not pleased with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to submit a return request. Item(s) must be shipped back to Sneaker Drip within 7 days of an approved request. (NO RETURNS FOR UA BATCH) Before we ship the goods, I will take pictures of the actual shoes for you to confirm. If you confirm that the shoes are OK, I will ship them out. The shoes cannot be returned once they are shipped. Because the freight back and forth is very expensive. If there is a customs detention or loss, we will refund or resend the shoes. 

RETURN POLICY

All returned items must adhere to our return policy for a refund to be processed:

- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received.

- Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.

- Footwear must be returned in the original box provided, and packaged inside a protective shipping box.

- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date, and item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of an approved request. Items that do not comply or are sent outside of this window are subject to refusal and may send back to you.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 7-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the items(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
